All Tracer® products have been meticulously crafted using only the highest quality state-of-the-art materials and specialized workmanship. If at any time your Tracer® product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, please return it to Alexa Designs and we will replace or repair it, at our option. Please note that this guarantee does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, damage by carriers, or consequential damage.
